Skinotes is originated from Hong Kong, who is designated a handcrafted, customize skincare product line.
Our brand is created because we want to use natural ingredients and avoid adding any chemicals to skincare products. We really care about meeting the real needs of every user's skin and reducing the unnecessary burden and sensitivities caused by synthetic chemicals in other products.
The natural ingredients we use in our skincare products include:
Hydrosols, Carrier oils, Natural additives and extracts, Natural preservatives and antiseptics, and 100% pure Essential oils.
*All of our materials have received a GREEN rating from the EWG (Environmental Working Group), indicating their safety and environmental friendliness.
Natural preservatives and antiseptics:most skincare products on the market use chemical ingredients to prolong shelf life. However, constant exposure to air, bacteria, and moisture can cause these products to deteriorate or spoil. To address this, we incorporate natural plant-based preservatives and antiseptics, which ensure that our products have an optimal shelf life of up to three months. This approach not only keeps the products fresh but also avoids potential skin irritations, sensitivities, and damage caused by long-term exposure to unknown chemical ingredients.

By incorporating essential oils into our skincare products, we enhance the skincare benefits of other natural ingredients. We can recommend specific essential oil blends to create a customized skincare product with the preferred fragrance for each customer.
Despite we use all the natural ingredients, we strongly recommend you to conduct a skin test of our product before purchasing given each of our skin condition is different ——— Apply the product to a more delicate area of the body, such as the inner elbow or the inside of the forearm. After 30 minutes, if there is no redness, swelling, or other allergic reactions, then it can be safely used.
If you are pregnant, have eczema, or have sensitive skin, please inform us so we can avoid using any natural ingredients that may trigger a sensitivity reaction.
Please note due to the limited manpower,that each order will take approximately 7 working days to process, with the possibility of early notification of any changes in shipping times. We recommend placing your order in advance if your skincare products are running low.
